SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at store@meowtropolitan.com with your location and we will get it fixed.

Attention International Buyers

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Seattle Meowtropolitan, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

What shipping methods are available, and how much do they cost?

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

RETURNS

Returning a Purchased Item

Unworn and unwashed items may be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges within 30 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. Please mail unworn and unwashed items back to us at:

In the return package, include the invoice or packing slip with the following information:

  1. The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

  • Customer pays return shipping for returns.

My item was defective, or I was sent the wrong item.

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at store@meowtropolitan.com with your order number and specifics on the mistake, and we will take care of it for you at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an item I have purchased?

Unworn and unwashed items may be exchanged within 30 days. Please mail unworn and unwashed items back to us at:

In the exchange package, include the invoice or packing slip with the following information:

  1. The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
  2. Please indicate the item(s) you are exchanging, and write “exchange.”
  3. What type of exchange you’d like. For example, if you need to exchange a shirt size, indicate it (i.e. exchange M for S).
